steel porch - ravenswood manor, chicago

This project entailed a new 2-story steel porch and new landscaping at a 2-flat in Ravenswood Manor.  With Thermory wood decking at each level, the all-steel stair meets Chicago's non-combustibility requirements near the property line while giving a low-maintence and safe stair through the winter months.
