addition & renovation - skokie, il

This French Revival home, on the Evanston Country Club golf course, received a gut renovation as well as a 2 story addition.  The addition houses a large new kitchen and two bedrooms above.  The volume on the left, in top photo, is the addition.  The project is currently under construction.
