addition & renovation - rogers park, chicago

This project reimagined the classic Chicago bungalow to create more spacious rooms and a more open floor plan. After years of neglect, the home received a total gut renovation and a second floor addition to house a master bedroom suite. The kitchen was remodeled to open up the ceiling to the original roof - increasing the interior heights up to a 15 feet cathedral ceiling peak.
