At an existing brick four-square in Jefferson Park, this addition provides a new stair access to the thrid floor, a mudroom and casual dining space, as well as third floor balcony.  The steel and glass rear south-facing facade allows for passive solar heating in the winter.  Also included is a lap pool at a lower level below ground.  A new garage is also included, with brick to match the home and a 'living' green wall of vertical landscaping.  The project is in Design Development.
